How to plan your travel itinerary
The Planning page turns your animated route into a real travel itinerary: dates, nights per stop, estimated travel time per segment. Use it before a trip to design a realistic plan, or after a trip to build a polished recap.
On this page
Open the Planning page
Open the planner to work on the same route. It shows stop cards, not a separate calendar. Desktop shows several cards; mobile shows one at a time with Previous, Next and a stop selector.
Set the departure date
Set the departure date in Trip options (expand this section on mobile). Stay dates follow this date and the nights at each stop; estimated transport times are not a timetable.
Configure nights per stop
Use the minus and plus controls on each stop to set nights. Zero nights represents a stop without an overnight stay. Check arrival and departure dates after changing the order.
Check travel estimates and activities
Travel times are estimates based on transport and distance, not confirmed departure or arrival times. Add activities, accommodation details, links and costs to each stop, and check real transport schedules with the operator.
Keep and print the plan
Use Print / PDF from Trip options for a printable itinerary. The planner edits the current project; save it from the editor with a free account to retrieve it on another device. Configure the trip title in Settings and video intro/outro images on the export page. Publishing a template is a separate action.
